Holy Family School for the Deaf recently bought some new Chromebooks from Green IT. This is a company that sells refurbished Chromebooks and laptops. We are delighted with their service. On the 11th of March Holy Family School for the Deaf completed in a swimming competition with St. Declan’s School at the Inspire swimming pool. Competition consisted of all four swimming strokes in 25m pool and team relay race. We had 13 heats and 12 of them were won by our boys. Holy Family’s team did very well this time, our boys and girls are great swimmers. They had demonstrated a top level swimming technique and speed. Congratulations!!!

Holy Family School for the Deaf is delighted to announce that we have activated a Digital Online Library for all our students and staff. It has a collection of ebooks and audiobooks for all students and staff to access and enjoy reading anytime, anywhere. Membership of the JCSP Library Project Digital Library is free for all students and staff in all JCSP schools.
Below are two videos (one in English and one in ISL) by JCSP Co-ordinator Ms.Maggie Owens explaining how to access the library.
Attached is also a document with instructions on how to access the library. Each student will receive an email with their username and password.
When we return to school there will prizes for students for accessing the library and reading the ebooks. Best of luck and happy reading!
