Early Intervention

Facilities

The Early Intervention Setting has two classes with a maximum of 7 children in each class. Each class has a qualified primary school teacher who is also a qualified Teacher of the Deaf. There are also Special Needs Assistants and an ISL Co-Ordinator allocated to the setting.

The newly refurbished premises, which is located on the Marian Campus, across from the Primary School, comprises of 3 classrooms, a multi-purpose art and crafts room / lunch room and an area for music, sound perception / auditory training and drama. The Early Intervention setting also has an enclosed, safe outdoor play area. We have unlimited access to the Primary school’s beautiful sensory and interactive play area – which includes a playground.
