Well done to all our primary students who participated in the Potato Challenge competition. The standard was absolutely amazing!!! Everybody’s potato came to life with their creative design. It is going to be a very difficult job for the judges to pick a winner!! Best of luck everyone.

Ahoy Me Maties!! I have got exciting news for you! We are going on a Treasure Hunt around the world. Below in a link to a video created by Dublin Deaf Drama Group. I would like to thank Caroline O Leary (CODA), Lianne Quigley and Dublin Deaf Drama Group for allowing us to use this fun interactive video for a competition in our school. Special thanks to Alvean Jones for compiling the videos into one video.
Attached is a form to write down the 14 answers to the treasure hunt. If you do not have a printer, just write it down onto a paper and remember to number each answer. There are 13 countries and 1 place.
Anyone in the Holy Family Community can enter this competition. It is open to;

Primary
Post Primary
Staff
Staff Children.
There is a prize for each of those categories. The Deadline is the 20th of May – Please email your answers to m.owens@holyfamilydeaf.com or r.mcskane@holyfamilydeaf.com.
I hope you have lots of fun and you are allowed to google the answers if you are not sure what country that item/clue is from.
